This policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations may be available.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind about your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

• Photographs of the packaging where relevant

Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions from Loyal Paw Store.

3. Items That Are Significantly Different From Their Description

If you believe the product you received is significantly different from what was advertised or described on our website, please contact us with details and supporting photographs or videos.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

4. Return Approval

Returns are only accepted when they have been approved by Loyal Paw Store.

If a return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send products to the address shown on the original shipping package or to any other address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

5. Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The amount and timing of the refund will depend on the circumstances of the order and the payment provider.

Once a refund has been processed by us, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Our change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
